Diana Singleton PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Hi, I’m Dr. Diana. I am the founder of Reclaim Your Strength Physical Therapy located in Reading, MA. I’m a doctor of physical therapy, a women’s pelvic floor specialist, and a fitness coach for moms.
I specialize in treating women who are pregnant and postpartum, those who are menopausal, and active women dealing with a variety of pelvic floor issues.
It is my mission to help women like you gain confidence in understanding your body so you can properly address your pelvic floor issues and live your life without being held back by the bladder leaks, pain/discomfort, and uncertainty.

Prior to specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy, I specialized as an orthopedics PT for 7 years and I hold an advanced certification from the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. In 2017 I earned certifications from the distinguished Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Institute level 1A, 2A & 2B. I have been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2009 through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is my passion to consistently keep myself up to date on the best pelvic floor PT practices through continuing education courses, webinars, podcasts, and books.
Outside of the office you can find me taking walks and running around local parks with my husband, son, and our goldendoodle pup, traveling to Greece with my husband, step-daughter, and son. You can also find me chopping up veggies as I love to cook at home, and reading the stack of non-fiction books piled on my nightstand.
My philosophy:
I believe that you are stronger than you think you are, and it is my mission to help empower women in their daily lives and with exercise to realize that their body is not “broken” after baby.
Women are often left feeling neglected by the medical system after delivering their baby without enough guidance and information about how to properly care for their healing body and get back to movement.
I believe every mom has a unique birth experience, different life demands, and postpartum goals and should be given the time and attention to address their specific concerns and have a solid plan for recovery and getting back to exercise at the level they would like to achieve.
As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, my approach to pelvic floor physical therapy is unique in that I not only help women understand their bodies internally and orthopedically, but I establish the basic foundational strength, nutritional, and holistic care necessary for getting back to higher level exercise.
