An 8 week virtual group coaching program to help moms like you go from feeling frustrated over a lack of a workout routine and dealing with pelvic floor issues, to having a consistent workout routine you love - while being able to confidently chase after your kids leakage free!

  • The demands of motherhood and/or work make it difficult for you to accomplish basic needs like sit down and eat a meal or take a 30 minute yoga class, wash your hair making it hard to schedule time for yourself 

  • Since having your baby, you feel ready to get back to the movement you love (lifting, running, spinning!) but you’re nervous to get started because everything ‘down there’ feels not like how it used to

  • You are ready to stop watching random youtube videos about pelvic floor - not knowing if what you’re doing is correct or even it's helping you feel better…you want ONE person, ONE direction ONE plan

  • You are ready to have confidence in your bladder control so you can chase after your kids without worrying about leaking.

  • You want to start eating better (ie. ditch mindless snacking after the kids are in bed, randomly skipping meals due to lack of planning…) and prioritize eating foods that will help you heal and fuel your body  

What You’ll Get:

  • 1 group coaching call per week (1 hour)

  • Access to me and the group via the Facebook group for the entire 8 week program so you can have me, your strength and pelvic floor coach IN YOUR BACK POCKET! For example: You just leaked with your exercise and aren’t sure how to control it OR you’re doing an ab exercise, but not sure if it looks right. You can just ask me! 

  • Lifelong access to the portal that includes 24 total body strength workouts all pre-recorded and led by me so you get all the right cueing - all you need are a pair of dumbbells. The portal also includes short education videos about certain pelvic floor issues, fitness, nutrition, hormonal considerations, sample grocery lists, recipes, and snack options!

  • Fit As a Mother is for moms like you, so you can go from feeling frustrated over a lack of a workout routine and dealing with pelvic floor issues to having a consistent workout routine you love and being able to confidently chase after your kids leakage free.

  • This is an 8 week long program with the option for continuation after the 8 weeks are over.

  • Since this program is 100% virtual, you will need a computer or device with a camera and internet access.

    Workouts are all bodyweight and with dumbbells.

  • To ensure the most success with thiu program you will need 1 hour each week to dedicate to showing up for the live coaching calls.

    This program includes 30 minute (can be made shorter if needed) strength circuit workouts 3x/week and you want to be sure to give yourself 5-10 minutes for a warm up before and stretching after.

  • It is strongly encouraged that you prioritize showing up to the weekly 1 hour calls, however, I do understand that life happens and doesn’t always go as planned! So that you don’t have to worry if you are unable to make it to a call, I record each one so if you ever miss a call you can watch the recording.

  • Depending on when you sign up, different early bird specials will be applied - reach out for details.

  • Fit As a Mother is a group coaching program, so I work with you as your coach. Any recommendations given in this program are NOT a pelvic floor physical therapy plan of care and you should seek out proper pelvic floor evaluation and treatment if you are newly postpartum, recently had surgery, or need hands on treatment and care.

  • No, this program is designed for women who are at least 8 weeks postpartum and beyond.

  • At least 8 weeks postpartum.

  • Yes, however it is recommended you prioritize the 3 strength circuit workouts each week for optimal results.

  • While Fit As a Mother is not considered a weight loss program, some participants have lost weight and gone down in clothing size while participating in this program.
